The author wanted me to really capture the title "From Broken to Blessed". Therefore, I experimented with ways to showcase the typeface transitioning from messy to clean. As you can see from the other concepts, I had a lot of different ideas, from water, messy hand-lettering, and burnt typography, to convey this message.
